Shipping and Pickup

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes! Shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders, with the exception of Barloga fine art prints.

The shipping cost for a 20x30 Barloga print and frame is $50, and the shipping cost for a Grand Format print and frame is $70.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days days of receipt. Transit time depends on the carrier but averages 2-4 days depending on location.

Please reach out to us here if you would like to receive your order sooner than our normal timeline. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Instore pickup is available for all orders.

While checking out, just select "Local Pickup" as your shipping option. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Do you ship internationally?

To inquire about placing an order that will ship internationally, contact us here.

Repairs and Returns

I would like to have an item repaired.

We are happy to help.

Contact us here and include details of how we may assist you. Please note that our stores will are not able to assist with repairs. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible via email.

I have an item I would like to return or exchange.

We are happy to assist.

We accept returns for items purchased online for store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new and unused condition in original packaging.

Please contact us here within 14 days of the receipt of your order for a return authorization and instructions. Please include your order number and full name. We will provide details to assist you with your return.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure to ensure your shipment after we have given you instructions on how to return your piece to us.

Restrictions apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts.

Promo codes cannot be combined. 

Any order purchased with a discount, including our sample sale is not refundable.

Orders cannot have a promo code applied once they have been placed under any circumstances.

I would to return a piece that is outside of your 14 day return window.

If you would like to return a piece to us outside of our 14 day return window due to damage, needing a repair, a stone needing replacement, resizing, extension, etc, please contact us here and provide as much detail as you can. We may request a photo so that we can further assist you.

After we have all the information we need to best take care of you and your request, we will reach out with instructions.

We cannot accept returns for refund outside of our return window, and as mentioned above will decide upon how to best take care of your piece after your request.

Custom orders such as resizing or lengthening are non-returnable.

Re-Sizing

Do you re-size rings?

We are able to re-size most of our rings. Re-sizing can take up to 4-6 weeks, and a charge may apply, depending on the ring. If we re-size your ring, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please contact us here to inquire.

Can a necklace be lengthened or shortened?

Yes, depending on the necklace, and a charge may apply. Please contact us here before you purchase if you would like to have a necklace shortened or lengthened.

Jewelry Care

Do you have any jewelry care tips?

Use a soft cotton or microfiber cloth to polish your jewelry. Chemicals and jewelry cleaning cloths should be avoided at all times.

We do not recommend applying perfume or other sprayed substances before putting on your jewelry. Jewelry should always be removed prior washing your hands and bathing.

How do I care for gold vermeil jewelry?

To clean gold vermeil jewelry, use a gentle cloth such as microfiber and wipe in one direction. Do not use chemical cleaners or sunshine cloths. Store in an airtight container when not in use, and remove before applying perfumes, lotions, or before bathing. Avoid wearing gold vermeil jewelry while using chlorine bleach or while in a pool or hot tub.

How do I care for oxidized sterling silver jewelry?

The dark color of oxidized sterling silver is a special treatment that is achieved by careful processing at our design studio. With time and with wear, the color of the oxidized metal may lighten a bit--this is a natural and organic occurrence. Please do not clean oxidized sterling silver jewelry.  Attempting to clean oxidized sterling silver jewelry will remove the finish.
