Ordering FAQ's

 

SHIPPING

Our jewelry is handmade to order and while we generally ship within 2 business days (excluding holidays),  your order make take additional time to complete.  

Shipping rates are as follows:

Orders up to $499 - $15

Orders $500 and over - Complimentary

Please note that we ship via UPS and your order cannot be delivered to a PO box.

For shipments outside the continental USA, please email us at shop@robindira.com or call us at 415-939-4998.  

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We gladly accept American Express, but you may also use other credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and online money payments including Paypal and Google Pay.


RETURNS 

We accept returns for items purchased online for credit or refund within 7 days after delivery.  Please email shop@robindira.com within 7 days for a return authorization.

All items must be unused and in new condition with tags attached.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Any custom orders, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.  

Items that were purchased online cannot be returned to our retail locations.

  

REPAIRS

If you have an Robindira Unsworth piece in need of repair, please email us at shop@robindira.com or call 415-949-4998 and our team will assist you with issuing a repair authorization number.

Our basic repair fee is $25, however additional charges may apply.  

Repairs generally take 4-6 weeks to complete from the time they are received at our design studio.
