SHIPPING
The shipping table below details other shipping options and non-continental US shipments.
We ship via UPS, fully insured. A signature is required for delivery. We require a physical address as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note that UPS Ground and UPS Next Day below refer only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. If you have selected Next Day shipping, and need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. UPS only delivers Monday-Friday with the exclusion of major holidays. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by weather and other unforseen circumstances once a package has left our studio and has been processed by UPS or USPS.   
While most orders are ready for shipping within 2 business days after you place your order, some orders take additional time, as each piece is made-to-order.
Ground shipping costs quoted below are for the continental United States, and exclude Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and all international shipments. Pricing may vary based on the weight of the package and the shipping address. Pricing is subject to change, and shipping times are approximate.
Please note that Free Shipping specials do not apply to international shipments or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other non-Continental US destinations.
Service Cost When items will arrive
UPS Ground $15 2 days within CA, 5-7 business days elsewhere excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are $40.
Next Business Day $45 When your order is completed and ships from our studio, it will arrive by 4PM the next business day after it ships.

Estimates are based on 1 lb. package insured to average product cost value. Heavier or more expensive packages may incur higher charges. Please add one day to shipping time frames during Holidays as most carriers are closed. Note that we are not responsible for delays when your package is in transit with the carrier.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
All Robindira Unsworth jewelry is individually hand-made upon order. Most orders ship within 2 business days (excluding holidays), however, it may take additional time for our artisans to fabricate your jewelry after your order is placed. Though we try our best to keep our online boutique updated, at times certain designs will be unexpectedly popular and raw materials may be out of stock, or back-ordered. If for some reason the materials for your order are not in stock and we will not be able to ship your order within 5 business days, we will contact you with a timeline for the completion of your order.
Please contact us directly if you must receive your order by a specific date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note however, that once the carrier is in possession of your shipment we cannot be responsible for delays such as weather or any carrier related issues.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays or weekends. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will begin processing the following business day.
PACKAGING AND GIFT WRAP
Gift wrapping is complimentary. All items are gift wrapped our classic Robindira Unsworth jewelry boxes finished with our signature chocolate brown ribbon.
If your item is being sent to someone other than yourself, please note this in the NOTES section and we will include a gift receipt in the box that does not show the price of the merchandise. If you would like us to include a gift message, please also write this in the notes section and we will transcribe it on our signature brown note cards and include it with your order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. For security purposes, please do not include your credit card number in any email communication. When you place your order, your credit card is charged.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to CA.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept unworn and undamaged jewelry for exchange or refund within 10 days of date the item was delivered to you. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Items purchased online cannot be returned to the Robindira Unsworth boutique. Items received as gifts may be exchanged or applied to the purchase of an item of equal or greater value, not refunded. Please note that exchanges will incur outbound shipping charge and are not eligible for any free shipping promotions. Promotions may not be combined with any subsequent or concurrent promotions and may not be applied to previously purchased items.  Returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized or they will be returned to the sender. 
To process your return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 415.939.4998 and a representative will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item to us and will provide you with an RA number. Robindira Unsworth, Inc. is not responsible for items that are mailed to our studio without an RA number.  We reserve the right to refuse the processing of returns if the item is returned to our studio damaged or improperly packaged.  Items that are returned to our studio without pre-authorization and an accompanying RA number will be refused.  
Our customer service hours are 9:00 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, and if your request is sent to us on a Friday, you may not hear from us till the following business day (Monday).
REPAIR POLICY
We will repair any item purchased through robindira.com. Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized Robindira Unsworth retailer. All items submitted for repair must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
Lost items are not considered a manufacturing defect. We recommend that you periodically inspect claps and other closures for secure fit. If adjusting is needed, please submit for repair. If you have lost an earring and need a mate, half pairs of earrings are half the current retail price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping. Our ability to make a mate is dependent on availability of materials. We do not guarantee that materials will be available, but we will try our best to make a match for you.
If your item has been purchased on our website within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, you will be charged a minimum of $25 for basic repairs plus return shipping. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected by our artisans. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. An estimate of any repair charges will be sent to you before the repair is started.
Any elective repairs, such as alterations, chain lengthening, etc, or errors by the customer including excessive damage will incur a $25 dollar charge plus the cost of any additional materials and shipping.
Please allow 5-6 weeks for the processing of your repair (excluding holidays)-please note that if material for your repair is not in stock, your repair may take longer.
To contact us regarding a repair or alteration, call us at 415.939.4998 or email us at [email protected] and a representative will issue an RA number and email you detailed instructions on how to return your item to us for repair, and will provide you with an RA number. Repairs mailed to our studio without an RA number will not be accepted.
BOUTIQUE CUSTOMERS: If you would like to drop off an item for repair at our store in Petaluma please be advised we highly recommend calling us to schedule an appointment so that a representative can be available to assist you with your repair. Drop-off and pick up hours for repairs are Monday-Friday from 11am-5pm. Our repair department is closed on weekends.
SECURE ORDERING
All order information sent to robindira.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. However, in order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc.), version 3.x and later, support SSL.
